AestheticFormLab provides web design, UI/UX strategy, e-commerce development, branding, and related digital services as outlined in individual project proposals and statements of work.
2.2 Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates provided in good faith. Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or third-party dependencies may extend the delivery schedule. AestheticFormLab will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.
2.3 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: (a) 50% deposit is required before project commencement; (b) remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final file delivery; (c) late payments incur a 2% monthly fee.
2.4 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables and associated intellectual property are transferred to the client. AestheticFormLab retains the right to display completed work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed.
2.5 Limitation of Liability
AestheticFormLab's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to project milestones completed. The following conditions apply: (a) full refund if no work has commenced; (b) partial refund proportional to completed work if the project is cancelled mid-execution; (c) no refund for completed and delivered work.
4.2 Cancellation Terms
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
4.3 Dissatisfaction Claims
If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns through revisions. Refunds for dissatisfaction are considered only if revisions cannot resolve the issue.
4.4 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: (a) third-party costs incurred on your behalf (domains, hosting, stock assets); (b) work completed and approved at intermediate milestones; (c) rush or expedited service fees.
